Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply between you and CarLeaseContracts Ltd (CarLeaseContracts) for the acquisition via various funding options of UK vehicles listed on our website, and is supplied by recommended dealers/manufacturers.

Orders

Your order of a vehicle from the CarLeaseContracts Ltd website is an offer by you. All orders are subject to acceptance by CarLeaseContracts Ltd, availability, price changes and the payment of a deposit in accordance with your accepted order. If the vehicle you have ordered is not available, CarLeaseContracts Ltd will contact you by email or telephone to provide possible alternatives. If the vehicle is available and CarLeaseContracts Ltd accepts your offer then CarLeaseContracts Ltd will contact you to request payment of the deposit in accordance with your accepted order.

Prices

  1. The prices for personal and businss leasing exclude VAT, unless otherwise stated Prices also include delivery by the dealer to your chosen UK mainland destination, number plate, Road Fund Licence for the term ( if applicable ) and Vehicle Registration Charge.
  2. CarLeaseContracts Ltd reserves the right to change the price either before or after CarLeaseContracts Ltd accepts any order. CarLeaseContracts Ltd shall notify you of such a change and you have the right to cancel your order if the change is not acceptable.
  3. Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by CarLeaseContracts Ltd capable of an acceptance by you.
  4. Upon agreement by both parties and the relevant order form accepted by you, and after finance acceptance has been confirmed, a deposit of £250 will be taken by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cheque.
Specification and Images

The vehicle specifications displayed on the website are supplied by the vehicle manufacturers to CAP and formatted for our use. Whilst every effort is made to verify and ensure the accuracy of the data, the information should only be used as a guide and no purchasing decision should be made without verification of the latest data from either the manufacturer or franchised dealer. All images on the website are for illustration purposes only.

Delivery/Registration

  1. Upon receipt of correct finance documentation and any balance of monies CarLeaseContracts Ltd will arrange delivery of the vehicle to your chosen destination.
  2. Delivery dates are subject to change by the manufacturer.
Statutory Rights

  1. Nothing in these conditions shall affect your statutory rights.
  2. CarLeaseContracts Ltd is committed to customer service. Should you have any complaint about the CarLeaseContracts Ltd service, we will endeavour to resolve them in a fair and effective manner.
  3. Please inform CarLeaseContracts Ltd by email at sales@carleasecontracts.co.uk should you have any complaint about our service. We are committed to acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours of receipt and undertaking all reasonable efforts to resolving it promptly under the circumstances. We will provide you with a time-scale for resolving the dispute and keep you regularly updated with its progress.
Unless otherwise stated all examples are based on contract hire; an initial payment plus VAT as indicated per vehicle, followed by 23/35/47 monthly payments. Mileage 10,000 per annum; non-maintained. All Business User rentals are plus VAT. All Personal User rentals include VAT. All offers are subject to status and a credit acceptance fee.
